  • I believe counselling to be deeply relational and an exceedlingly meaningful practice. As a social worker with 25+ years of clinical counselling experience, I ground my practice in the understanding that healing happens in relationship.

    My practice is grounded in warmth, curiosity, kindness, and relationality where I draw from a range of evidence-based practices centered on safety, connection, and respect for your lived experience.

  • Services are provided through a relational, wholistic , age-appropriate lens, with care tailored to each person’s unique experiences and needs.

  • Within the leadership of the Wolf, no one gets left behind. I am committed to making therapeutic support as ethically and as accesible as possible.

    If we agree to do direct billing through insurance, please check with your insurance provider that a MSW (Masters of Social Work) or a registered BC Social Worker is accepted as a care provider.

    Please note that if we agree to do direct billing that it is your responsibility to know the terms of your insurance plan and what is covered.
