My practice is guided by British Columbia privacy legislation and professional standards, including the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and the Social Workers Act.

As a Registered Social Worker, I am accountable to the British Columbia College of Social Workers. You also have the right to contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of British Columbia if you have concerns about how your personal information is handled.
